Dear Families,
Winter clothing reminders: We would like to remind all families that with the onset of snowy weather, we have guidelines for the playground use at recesses. Only students wearing winter boots will be allowed to play on the field when there is snow present or if the field is wet. Students not wearing boots will be asked to remain on the pavement in order to keep their feet dry. Students also may bring in snow pants also if they wish to play in the snow.
All of our Lincoln students and staff were invited to attend a multi-cultural theatre program presented by Mr. Leland Faulkner, a master of visual theatre. Mr. Faulkner has traveled around the world and integrates his international experiences into his performances. He captured the children's imagination through shadow play, illusion, origami, and characters from around the world. The children and staff were truly delighted throughout his presentation and on the edge of their seats, eagerly awaiting Mr. Faulkner's next creative surprise! Please ask your children to tell you something about this uniquely creative presentation and what he/she liked best! Below are a few snapshots from this morning's performance.
A Special Thank You to our LSPA, who sponsored and supported this terrific program for Lincoln School.

Also, Please take a look at the Lost and Found! We already have an extensive collection in the Lost and Found (in the cafeteria) of winter hats, gloves, mittens, scarves, boots, coats, fleeces, sweatshirts, lunchboxes, water bottles, plastic food containers, and much more! Please also encourage your child to take a look there for any missing items. Parents are also welcomed to look through the Lost and Found items.
